Hope Yoga was founded six years after Heather began teaching yoga, in 2002. Influenced by her personal experiences in group exercise, dance and personal training; Heather created a style of yoga that is described as soulful fun, athletic & healing.
“I began my journey as a yoga skeptic in the early 90’s. It took a few years to find the “right” yoga for me. Once I did, It became my goal to find a way to draw “everyday people” like myself to yoga. During a class with Heather you will experience a pairing of mindful breathing with mindful movement. Also, enjoying some good music with a few smiles.
Hope Yoga private sessions provide an intricate balance of mind, body, and spirit. Each session invites the student to dance on their edge and rest as they need. Synchronized breath with movement and gentle assists enhances your practice of choice with attention to your specific needs. Arrive to find your mat and props set up for you. Simply relax & breathe before your session begins. Personalized essential oils are used to imprint each experience.

Restorative Yin Yoga
Retreat to a serene environment, where you can heal. Dive deep into the denser tissues and emotional blocks within using the “four phases” of resistance stretching during this Restorative Yin sequence. Support yourself with the use of blankets, blocks and sand bags as you stretch, re-stretch and release.
Begin your practice with a restorative moment paired with mindful breathing. Then move slowly through each pose to make time to explore and release before we power up the pace to leave you feeling charged and ready to take on what ever life brings.
A vigorous and challenging, calorie-burning form of yoga designed to build STAMINA, strength and flexibility, power yoga is based in Ashtanga Yoga. Each practice can be modified to suit the practitioner’s ability and desired outcome. Deep Stretch / Yin Yoga & Aromatherapy
Gently stretch & release the denser tissues, while using aromatic essences to promote the health of the body, mind and spirit. Each deep stretch/ yoga pose will assist you in dissolving the layers of physical & spiritual scar tissue deep within. This is a great class for those who simply need a good stretch & release some tension.
This class offers high intensity cardio body sculpting exercises, based in dance, pilates and yoga. We use light hand weights along with your own body weight as resistance for the ultimate muscle challenge. Be prepared to feel the sensation in every part of your body!
Heal your souls, integrating the smartest and safest barefoot training methods with Yoga. Learn how to strengthen your feet while progressively correcting imbalances in your ankles, knees, hips and spine.
