During a class with Heather, you will experience a broad range of mind-body fulfillment by pairing mindfulness with breath and movement, an inspirational playlist, and intuitive instruction. Heather teaches at various studios and also instructs private and semi-private sessions.

Heather founded Hope Yoga in 2002. Influenced by her life experiences as an Intuitive Life Guide and Reiki Master who instructed mindful meditation, dance, group exercise, and private training, Heather created a yoga style described as welcoming, alignment-oriented, creative, healing, and transformational.
Hope Yoga Privates
Hope Yoga private sessions provide an intricate balance of mind, body, and spirit. Each session invites the student to dance on their edge and rest as they need. Synchronized breath with movement enhance your practice of choice with attention to your specific needs.
Private session are available over zoom and in person.

Hope Yoga Offerings
Beginner Yoga
This class is perfect for both new and advance students. Learn basic yoga knowledge, postures, form, and breath work while building physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Come build a new foundation or deconstruct your long time yoga practice to construct something better.
Restorative Yoga
Gently stretch & release the denser tissues practicing yoga poses that help you dissolve the layers of physical and spiritual scar tissue deep within. This is an excellent class for those who simply need a good stretch & release some tension.
Vinyasa
Begin your practice with a restorative moment paired with mindful breathing. Then move slowly through each pose to make time to explore and release before amplifying the pace to leave you feeling charged and ready to take on whatever life brings.
Power Yoga
The foundation of Power Yoga is Ashtanga Yoga, a vigorous and challenging form of yoga designed to build stamina, strength, and flexibility. Each practice can be modified to suit the practitioner’s ability and desired outcome. You’ll flow through a sequence of poses fused with grace & mindful breathing, preparing you to do the same in life. Cartwheels & headstands included!
Deep Stretch / Yin Yoga
Dive deep into the denser tissues and emotional blocks using the “four phases” of resistance stretching. Support yourself with the use of bolsters, blankets, and yoga-blocks as you stretch, re-stretch and release.
Barre Sculpt
This class offers high-intensity cardio body sculpting exercises based on dance, pilates, and yoga. We use light hand weights along with your own bodyweight as resistance for the ultimate muscle challenge. Be prepared to feel the sensation in every part of your body!
Sole Yoga
Heal your souls, integrating the smartest and safest barefoot training methods with Yoga. Learn how to strengthen your feet while progressively correcting imbalances in your ankles, knees, hips, and spine. This class is a beneficial addition to your weekly fitness program for students with Plantar Fasciitis or Scoliosis.
Revibe
An intermixture of an energy balancing flow yoga sequence, mindful meditation, and deep stretches that target the areas holding onto our “issues.” At the beginning of each practice, Heather will pull a card from her Chakra oracle deck to find out what energy center our focus is on, a suggested class mantra, and intuitive guidance.
Willpower & Grace®
A formatted fusion of postures and drills is the high-energy, cardiovascular solution that mind-body practitioners have been looking for and the foot-fitness conditioning program athletes need. This workout is as philosophical as it is physical; a full-body functional training meets sports psychology.
Chair Yoga & Mindful Meditation
Experience movement with a greater sense of ease. Learn basic yoga knowledge, postures, form, and breathwork while building physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Ensure comfort and safety, using a chair, wall, and other yoga props for individual variations and modifications. Close your practice with a restorative moment paired with mindful breathing and meditation.
